Pottery for Kids: Grades 4 – 8. Fire up your creativity and learn the basics of how to form clay through pinching, coil building, and working with slabs. Have fun and create any shape you desire! *REMIX WORKSHOPS ARE TEMPORARILY ON HOLD* – Remix: A wide range of follow-along make-and-take art workshops for adults inspired by the Tampa Museum of Art’s current exhibitions. Workshops are designed to be enjoyed by participants of any skill level and all materials are provided.

Beginners you will learn the basics of drawing: like direct of lines proportions and form. Advanced artists you will learn how to refine your skills and also learn new shading techniques. A six week class on Mondays, Jan. 24 – Feb. 28, 2022 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm.

Victorians Undressed: The Tampa Bay Hotel
This performance features Mr. and Mrs. George Bergner, a 19th century couple, as they dress for an outdoor promenade at the Tampa Bay Hotel. As Mr. and Mrs. Bergner don layers of attire from the knickers up, they entertain with humor, facts and personal observations about the Hotel and customs of the Victorian era. Monday, January 24 at 2:00 pm.
