Pottery for Kids: Grades 4 – 8. Fire up your creativity and learn the basics of how to form clay through pinching, coil building, and working with slabs. Projects include: Pinch pot pumpkins and a slab Halloween mobile. Bisque after the first two classes, glaze the third, and assembly for the mobile on the fourth. Clay, tool, glazing and firing included. Saturdays, September 17 – October 8, 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

You will create art with various types of stained glass and ceramic tiles, substrates such as wood or cement steppingstones. Individual projects with individualized instruction allow for all levels of experience to grow. Basic supplies are provided for this course, participants may bring small base projects.
