BOOK FOR THE MONTH! Learn the basics of how to form clay through pinching, coil building, and working with slabs. Combine these forming methods together to make some fun shapes! Students should expect to make several pieces using these techniques. With introduction of wheel throwing. Clay, tools, glazing and firing included. Tuesdays: 9:30am – Noon. Adults. Whether you are hand-building, throwing, or glazing, our staff is available during all open studio hours to assist, answer questions, and maintain a safe, respectful studio atmosphere. Using a 6 inch by 12 inch painting surface, using acrylics, these baby birds will be making their debut, created by you! You’ll be mentored step by step through all the techniques needed to bring these chubby babies to life. This is your opportunity, for beginners and those with more advanced painting skills. Instructor is Debbie Goode. Tuesday April 8th, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

Metal Work and Rivets Workshop: Flowers, Keychains, Pins or Pendants. Use pre shaped metal that you texture, rivet and shape for your design of endless possibilities. No more than 6 per class, $20 per student. Tuesday, April 8 from 10:00 – 11:30 am.
