 Firehouse Cultural Center, 101 1st Ave NE, Ruskin FL WUSF, Community Foundation Tampa Bay, and the Firehouse Cultural Center proudly announce a special event focused on hurricane preparedness for the 2025 season. This free jazz concert and conversation will feature music by Bryan Hughes and the Crew, the USF Jazztet Trio, and an insightful discussion led by the WUSF news team. Create an antiqued painting in acrylic on canvas based on a scene painted on ceramics in the antiquities collection. Follow along step-by-step with the instructor Anthony Record, or create your own imagery using the same process and materials to create your own painting with an ancient-appearing surface.
This Event is Canceled. Al Romas is one of two award winning comedy club veterans who have built a solid reputation as a consistent crowd favorite. Also featuring Al Ducharme, who has appeared on Comedians Channel, Five Studio, Smile TV and MOODY! In addition to stand-up, together they produce the web series ‘The Two Dicks’. The series is about two 1950’s Detectives involved in moronic detective shenanigans.
