This series of classes is an introduction to the unique world of wire-wrapped jewelry. Use a variety of jewelry-making tools, wire, and metals to manipulate wire into shapes, create strength and texture, and understand and incorporate beads and other embellishments into your designs. All inspired by the many symbolic forms and shapes in the Art of Coptic Egypt exhibition. Sundays, 1 – 4 pm. July 20, July 27, August 8. (3 classes)
